Local Area Networks for Excellence (LANE) Purpose & Responsibilities:

  • To create awareness to home health agencies (HHAs) within each state using all media venues available.

  • To motivate HHAs to enroll and participate in the Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign and become leaders in the home care industry. 

  • To communicate to HHAs about the HHQI National Campaign, available monthly resources/data, and also to communicate with other LANEs in the state related to strategies and resources.

Please note this registration page is for LANEs (State Associations/QIOs, etc) only! Agency registration will begin January 13, 2010.
