- Effective Techniques for Patient Self-Management Video by California Healthcare Foundation
- To view the video, visit the California Healthcare Foundation Web site by clicking on the link above. This video provides three different demonstrations of patients learning to self-manage. This is a 30-minute presentation providing strategies and tools that have been proven effective in helping patients to self-manage and adopt healthy behaviors. This material is presented by William H. Polonsky, Ph.D., C.D.E., of the University of California, San Diego.
