You may then view the WebEx.
The Emergency Care Planning WebEx provides a quick overview of this Best Practice Intervention Package. The presentation introduces the layout and design of the packages, and how to use the packages at a home health agency, including the different tracks. Specific tools or educational pieces are highlighted.
