Register to Support the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign

As a supporter of the Home Health National Campaign, you will demonstrate your commitment to home health quality. You will also receive:

  • A listing on the Home Health Quality Web site
  • The campaign quarterly e-bulletin
  • A subscription to the campaign listserve

Please note: Phase II of the HHQI National Campaign has ended and will be in a static period. However, you are still encouraged to register for the campaign and will have full access to resources and materials in the meantime. Your welcome packet will arrive at the start of Phase III of the HHQI National Campaign.

Your user name and password will allow you to login and access the campaign message board. Your password must contain a minimum of 6 characters and at least 1 number, such as homecare6.

Select your campaign resources.

Please note that by registering, you will receive the following campaign resources. If there are any on the list below that you wish to not receive, simply uncheck the box.
