Local Area Networks for Excellence (LANE)

The Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign 2007 relied upon dedicated, proactive leaders who played a central role in driving and coordinating home health improvement work at the local level. This was accomplished through the LANEs.

Local Area Networks for Excellence (LANE):

• Created home health agency (HHA) awareness within each state using all media venues available
• Motivated HHAs to enroll and participate in the Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign and become leaders in the home care industry 
• Communicated to HHAs about the HHQI National Campaign, distribute monthly resources, and also to communicate with other LANEs in the state related to best practice interventions and resources
