“Our success is from our team working as one. It’s imperative to me that we involve all of our staff when improving the quality of care we provide. Each staff member serves on a specific committee for each of the home health OBQI Outcomes. They review our current process and decide if a change is needed to achieve best practice. If so, the committee identifies an action plan that addresses best practice.
