Help Unlimited HomeCare has been dedicated to providing high quality care to our patients for the past twenty years- long before the CMS implementation of OASIS, Process Measures or HCAHPS and therefore, it is an honor to be nationally recognized this month by the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign.  We believe that each individual employed by Help Unlimited HomeCare shares this award with us. 

Our philosophy is that the patient comes first.  Keeping our patients safe at home with dignity can be contributed to an overall style of one RN case manager throughout, experienced on-call RNs, next day admission, 48 hour follow-up visit, front-loading and patient education.  Since we value the clinical contributions from the health care staff, there is minimal turnover and the level of expertise for patient care is high.  Partnerships with organizations like HHQI and Strategic Healthcare Programs, LLC have greatly improved our quality improvement team’s  ability  to provide knuckle-down over site over the statistical end of patient care, which has help us focus on what matters most.   

When patients are well educated and clinically monitored by clinicians for potential risks, then they are more likely to remain safe at home and out of the hospital.  Our goal is to continue to improve our patient care in spite of current outstanding statistics in order to better serve our patients in Ventura, California.
