Leveraging family caregivers as part of home health patients’ healthcare teams has been proven to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. In this webinar, you’ll learn more about the changing role of caregiving in a value-based environment and relationship-centered care concepts. We’ll also explore legislative initiatives (e.g., CARE Act and RAISE Act) that can impact caregivers.

After attending, you’ll be able to:

  • Describe two (2) examples of role changes in a value-based healthcare environment.
  • Explain how relationship-centered care relates to patient’s caregiver(s).
  • Identify one (1) key concept from the CARE Act and the RAISE Act that may assist home health patient caregivers.
