Patient Safety: All in a Day's Work!

During this webinar from the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign (HHQI), you will learn how to begin preparing a Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan related to patient safety that will be required by all home health agencies according to CMS’ new Home Health Conditions of Participation (CoP).

This 2-hour interactive event for leaders and quality improvement team members will teach key concepts to help drive your Patient Safety QAPI plan. Tina Hilmas, Assistant Director at the Center for Patient Safety, will provide information and activities starting with section of problem area(s), prioritizing, organization needs assessments, and introduction to several key intervention strategies.
