Free Resources Now Available from HHQI to Promote April National Health Observances

4/9/2018
HHQI has free resources to help you promote many of April's annual events among your patients and staff. Visit the April Resources page on the HHQI website.

Some of the April observances include:
  • National Minority Health Month
  • Foot Health Awareness Month
  • Occupational Therapy Month
  • National Cancer Control Month
  • Alcohol Awareness Month
  • Stress Awareness Month
  • Move More Month
  • Patient Experience Week (April 23-27)

HHQI's Underserved Populations (UP) Network is dedicated to addressing health and healthcare disparities, including those among minority populations. During National Minority Health Month 2018 (NMHM18), be sure to browse the free, evidence-based resources in HHQI's Underserved Populations Best Practice Intervention Package (BPIP) and the UP Network webinar archives

Your agency can also observe NMHM18 by asking staff to complete a free educational course in HHQI University's Underserved Populations course catalog, which contains nine courses and a combined total of 16 free continuing education credits for nurses.
