Our Partners

The Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign’s success and continued growth are derived from the ongoing support of many key partners. The campaign’s partnerships are organized into two groups: the HHQI Network and the Stakeholder Work Committee.

The HHQI Network is comprised of stakeholder organizations that serve as the central hubs of grassroots activity in the HHQI National Campaign. HHQI Network Coordinators consist of volunteer Network Coordinators from home health state associations, Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) and other leading home health organizations. These key campaign partners create campaign awareness, provide participant encouragement and facilitate communication among organizations participating in the HHQI National Campaign.
The HHQI National Campaign Stakeholder Work Committee is a group of highly engaged home health and cross-setting stakeholders who provide input on HHQI campaign strategies and educational materials, identify sharing opportunities and assist in participant recruitment efforts. The Stakeholder Work Committee initiated its efforts during a kick-off meeting on September 11, 2012. The group continues to meet monthly throughout the campaign to maximize its impact on home health quality.
