  1. I have multiple agencies reporting to me, can I still be a Network Coordinator?

    Yes, it’s never too late to be an NC. Please read the NC description found under the “About Us” tab on the blue tool bar, then “Partners”.
  2. How can I find my NC representing my state? 

    A list of Network Coordinators by state is available on the HHQI Web site under the “About Us” tab on the blue tool bar, then “Partners”.
  3. I spoke with a home health agency in another state and they have received updates and information about the campaign of which I wasn’t informed.  Should I be on a different mailing list?

    Please contact your Network Coordinator to confirm they have your correct contact information and ask them if they are aware of the information. If you are unable to make contact with your NC, please contact us at
  4. My Network Coordinator is my state’s home health association and I am not a current member, can I still participate in the campaign? 

    Absolutely. Send your contact information to the Network Coordinator representing your state after you have registered on the HHQI Web site as a participating agency.
  5. I am no longer the Network Coordinator contact for my state.  What do I do?
